Pastel Dreams | Eighteen Ninety Wedding Inspiration

This dreamy, pastel, springtime wedding inspiration shoot at Eighteen Ninety Event Space is one of my favorite shoots I’ve done so far. I had a vision of a soft, candy-shop-inspired wedding, and this vendor team absolutely delivered. From the sweet, springy invitation suite to the soft wash of color on the model’s eyes, Mary Frances captured everything so beautifully.

I won’t lie, getting this shoot put together was a challenge. There were multiple reschedules, last-minute schedule conflicts, week-of model changes, and some serious wind, but the finished product is something that I am really proud of. Not to mention, hanging out with a powerhouse of ladies on shoot day was so much fun! This Kansas City wedding vendor team kicked ass, and I’m excited to share some images with you!

Megan with Bloom Odessa designed two different centerpieces for our guest tables and designed the sweetheart table installations on site! One of my favorite things is watching floral designers while they work to bring a vision to life in real-time. The bud vase centerpieces are so beautiful and so on-trend for 2023.

Eighteen Ninety Event Space Bridal Portraits

Chloe agreed last minute to model for us, and oh. my. god. Just look at her!! Heydee with Blush & Mane pulled in colors from the florals to create a beautiful, ethereal look for this stunning bride.

I refuse to apologize for how many bridal portraits I’m about to share. Mary Frances, Heydee, Chloe, Sydnee with Savvy Bridal, and I were having way too much fun. So… you’re welcome.

Y’all, this day was windy. So much so that we weren’t sure if we should even brave the outdoors. But we did, and it was beyond worth it!
