Outreach Event Space Elegant Wedding Shoot

I am so excited to introduce you all to a brand new Kansas City wedding and event venue located in the heart of the Crossroads! I first heard about the Outreach Event Space from their new venue manager, Jana Marie. The best part about having an Outreach Event Space wedding is that it’s more than just a stunning space- your rental fee goes towards the mission of Outreach International, allowing you and your guests to party with a purpose.

Outreach International uses community development to fight poverty-related issues across the world, and they truly do have the biggest hearts. I feel incredibly lucky to have met Jana and to have the opportunity to collaborate with such a phenomenal venue, and I’m excited to share this amazing styled wedding shoot we did.

Jana reached out to me to help execute her elegant, black and white vision. She wanted to take the industrial, eclectic feel of the space and juxtapose it with an ultra-elegant and minimal wedding, and just wait until you see these photos! After this stunning wedding shoot, we opened up the doors for an open house and party during First Fridays to welcome the Crossroads community into the space! We had delicious snacks from Local Seasons, drinks from Embrace the Grape, coffee from our favorite Rochester Brewing & Roasting, and some seriously amazing live music from Lost Wax.

Elegant Outreach Event Space Wedding Inspiration

Your wedding invitations set the tone for your entire wedding and give your guests a sneak peek at your design, and this suite from Emilime Designs will blow. them. away. I’m not kidding- I audibly gasped when I opened the box that Emilee sent me.

I love this getting ready space! If you couldn’t tell already, I’m a big fan of anything green. Plus you can open up the garage door into the alley for extra space for your wedding party or a game of cornhole! And how good does that suit from Tip Top Tux look?!

I had been dying to work with Roxana since we first connected on Instagram, and I’m so glad that we finally had the chance! Her classic and elegant hair and makeup looked stunning on our bride, Ananya. And I can’t forget to mention how obsessed I am with this getting ready space designed by Jana! That wallpaper!!

This dress. Y’all. Emily Hart Bridal has some serious magic in their shop, and this dress was no exception. And those veil shots?! You need to check them out in Overland Park!

Wedding Portraits in the Crossroads Alleys

Have you ever seen an all-white bouquet? With no greenery?? Laura with Flower House KC stunned us all when she brought out this beautiful bouquet.

If you live in the Kansas City metro and haven’t seen Anne-Marie Designs, be prepared to spend several hours online shopping. Katherine’s creations are gorgeous, and these beauties were no exception.

Of course we had to showcase the incredible mural located on the back of the Outreach building!

I’m seriously in love with this super minimal tablescape paired with these incredibly lush florals, beautifully simple menus, and romantic escort cards. The whole scenery perfectly encapsulates our neutral minimal inspiration.

How fun are these custom wedding cookies from Cookie Hustle!?

Dolce Bakery makes the most delicious and pretty cakes out there! This rose gold-rimmed masterpiece was perfect for our elegant wedding shoot.
