Like any venue, La Villa has its quirks, and we’re here to handle them with ease. The biggest challenge tends to be the stairs leading to the courtyard, especially for vendors or when you're bringing in large decor or equipment. We also know that a ballroom flip can be a bit tight with timing, but don’t worry- we’ve got you! From building in buffer time to working closely with your vendors, we’ll handle the logistics so everything flows smoothly, letting you focus on what really matters: enjoying your day and celebrating with your favorite people.

Woohoo! After signing the contract and paying the retainer, you're officially a Philosofi couple! We start with a kickoff call to review details, introduce your planning portal, and prep your to-do list.

After you reach out, we'll have a call to discuss your wedding. I'll learn all about your plans so far, and you can ask questions to see if we'd be a good fit. If we vibe, I'll send over a contract and invoice!
